These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and narmiAI FZ-LLC ("narmiAI", "we", "us"), a company registered in the UAE under RAKEZ, governing your use of the eloqo platform at eloqo.io and all related services. By creating an account or using eloqo, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you are using eloqo on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
eloqo is an AI-powered review response platform for hotels, restaurants, and hospitality businesses. The service: (a) Connects to your Google Business Profile via OAuth to fetch customer reviews. (b) Generates personalized draft responses using AI (Claude by Anthropic), tailored to your configured brand voice, tone, and business context. (c) Publishes approved responses to your Google Business Profile via the Google My Business API. (d) Provides analytics dashboards, AI-generated insights reports, and email notifications about your review activity. The service operates in multiple response modes: Draft & Approve (manual review before publishing), Smart Auto (AI publishes with filtering rules), and Full Auto (all responses published automatically).
To use eloqo, you must: (a) Sign in using a valid Google account. (b) Be at least 18 years old. (c) Provide accurate information and keep your account details up to date. (d) Be authorized to manage the Google Business Profile(s) you connect. You are responsible for all activity under your account. If you suspect unauthorized access, notify us immediately at info@narmiai.com.
New accounts receive a 14-day free trial with access to core features (1 Google Business Profile, Draft & Approve and Smart Auto modes, up to 50 reviews per month). No credit card is required to start the trial. At the end of the trial period, you must subscribe to a paid plan to continue using the service. If you do not subscribe, your account will be placed in a read-only state — existing data is preserved, but no new reviews will be fetched and no responses will be generated.
Paid plans (Solo, Multi, Group) are billed in advance, either monthly or annually, through Stripe. Prices are displayed in your selected currency (USD, EUR, or MAD) and are inclusive of any applicable taxes unless otherwise stated. (a) Monthly subscriptions — you may cancel before the next billing date. No refund for the current billing period. (b) Annual subscriptions — billed upfront for 12 months at a 20% discount. You may cancel at any time, but refunds are only available within the first 14 days of the annual term. After 14 days, the subscription remains active until the end of the annual period. (c) Price changes — we may adjust prices with at least 30 days' notice. Price changes apply at your next renewal, not retroactively. (d) Failed payments — if a payment fails, we will retry up to 3 times over 14 days. If all retries fail, your account will be downgraded to read-only.
eloqo uses artificial intelligence (Claude by Anthropic) to generate review responses. You acknowledge and agree that: (a) AI-generated responses are drafts — in Draft & Approve mode, you must review and approve each response before it is published. You are solely responsible for the content you approve. (b) Auto modes carry responsibility — if you enable Smart Auto or Full Auto mode, AI-generated responses will be published to your Google Business Profile without manual review. You accept full responsibility for all content published in these modes. (c) No guarantee of accuracy — AI may occasionally produce responses that are inaccurate, inappropriate, or inconsistent with your brand voice. We recommend reviewing published responses regularly. (d) No guarantee of tone perfection — while the brand voice system is designed to match your preferences, AI output may vary. You can always edit responses before or after publication. (e) Content ownership — you own all responses published to your Google Business Profile, whether AI-generated, edited, or a combination. narmiAI claims no ownership of your published content.
You agree to: (a) Have legitimate authority to manage the Google Business Profile(s) you connect. (b) Comply with Google's Terms of Service, Google Business Profile guidelines, and all applicable review platform policies. (c) Not use eloqo to post false, misleading, defamatory, or deceptive content. (d) Not use the service for any unlawful purpose or to harass, threaten, or harm any individual. (e) Not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or misuse the eloqo platform or APIs. (f) Not resell or redistribute the service without a written agreement from narmiAI. (g) Maintain the security of your account credentials.
The following uses are prohibited: (a) Publishing fake reviews or responses designed to manipulate ratings. (b) Using eloqo to manage profiles you are not authorized to represent. (c) Automating account creation or using bots to interact with the service. (d) Attempting to bypass plan limits, rate limits, or security controls. (e) Uploading malicious content or attempting to compromise our infrastructure. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules, with or without notice.
Each plan has defined limits on the number of connected Google Business Profiles, monthly review volume, available response modes, and features. Current limits are displayed on our pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Exceeding plan limits may result in: (a) throttling of review processing, (b) a prompt to upgrade, or (c) temporary suspension of auto-publishing until the next billing cycle.
Your use of eloqo is also governed by our Privacy Policy (eloqo.io/privacy), which describes how we collect, use, and protect your data. By using the service, you consent to the data practices described in that policy. Key points: (a) Your review data is not used to train AI models. (b) OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest using AES-256-GCM. (c) You can request data export or deletion at any time.
(a) eloqo platform — the eloqo name, logo, software, AI prompt system, and all related intellectual property are owned by narmiAI FZ-LLC. These Terms grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose. (b) Your content — you retain ownership of your business data, brand voice configuration, and published responses. (c) Feedback — if you provide suggestions or feedback about the service, we may use it to improve eloqo without obligation or compensation to you.
We aim for 99.5% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to: (a) Scheduled maintenance (we will provide advance notice when possible). (b) Third-party service outages (Google APIs, Anthropic, Supabase, Stripe). (c) Force majeure events beyond our reasonable control. We are not liable for any losses arising from service interruptions, API rate limits imposed by Google, or AI service disruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law: (a) The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. (b) narmiAI FZ-LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of reputation, or loss of data. (c) Our total aggregate liability for any claims arising from your use of eloqo shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim. (d) We are not liable for the content of AI-generated responses that you approve and publish.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless narmiAI FZ-LLC, its officers, directors, and employees from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your use of the service, (b) content you publish through eloqo, (c) your violation of these Terms, or (d) your violation of any third-party rights.
(a) By you — you may cancel your subscription and delete your account at any time from your account settings or by emailing info@narmiai.com. (b) By us — we may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms, fail to pay, or if we discontinue the service. We will provide at least 30 days' notice before discontinuing the service, except in cases of Terms violations. (c) Effect of termination — upon termination, your access to the service ceases immediately. Data deletion follows the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email at least 30 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance. If you disagree with the changes, you must stop using the service and cancel your account.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the service shall be resolved in the courts of Ras Al Khaimah, UAE. Before initiating formal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and narmiAI FZ-LLC regarding your use of eloqo. They supersede all prior agreements, communications, and proposals, whether oral or written.
